Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra
Srimanta Sankaradeva Kalakshetra is located at Panjabari area of Dispur. It is one the biggest art galleries of not only Assam but of the entire Northeast. It also has a museum which preserves the rich tradition and culture of the Northeast India. The place is named after the great scholar and exponent of Assam Mahapurush Srimanta Shankardeva. On display, the museum includes things like the costumes, jewellery, articles, statues, stones, inscriptions, weapons and lots more.
